Mr. Chhetry is the Chief Executive Officer of SPIL & has more than 3 decades of experience in insurance industry. He has done EMBA from Purbanchal University and is also a Fellow member (FIII) of Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.
He is the Board Director of Insurance Institute Nepal(IIN), Vice president of Nepal Insurers Association and Member of Self employed Insurance Fund. He is a one of the resource persons of IIN; which focuses in conducting insurance trainings in Nepal.

He did his MBA form Tribhuwan University and is a Licentiate (LIII) from Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai. He has attended various seminars/conferences related to General insurance in Nepal, India, Bahrain & Thailand.

Mr. Dhoot is designated as a Deputy General Manager. He brings over 28 yrs. of extensive experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining SPIL in the year 2006, he served NLG Insurance Co. Ltd. (formerly known as: National Life and General Insurance Co. Ltd.) for more than a decade. He holds MBA in Marketing from the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi and is an Associate (AIII) member of the Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai. He has also actively participated in various seminars/conferences related to Project insurance, ERM, Aviation & Other General insurance fields in Nepal, India & Thailand. He possesses good command in the technical aspects of all kinds of General insurance.
