Mr. Dhoot serves as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at SPIL, bringing over three decades of extensive experience in the non-life insurance industry. Prior to joining SPIL in 2006, he spent more than ten years with NLG Insurance Co. Ltd. (formerly National Life and General Insurance Co. Ltd.). He holds an MBA in Marketing Management from the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi, and is a Fellow (FIII) of the Insurance Institute of India. Mr. Dhoot is also a visiting faculty member at the Insurance Institute of Nepal (IIN) and is accredited as an International Inclusive Insurance Trainer by UNDP. Throughout his career, he has actively participated in numerous seminars and conferences on Project Insurance, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Aviation, and other General Insurance fields across Nepal, India, Thailand, and Singapore.
